Changelog:
- Changed how prices are displayed, now the selling price is displayed along with the spawner! This is also true for the quantity menu.
- Added a new item to the menu, the hopper! When clicked, the hopper will sell the spawners in your hand for the correct price! It will only be displayed if someone has the permission 'guishopspawners.sell'
- Updated /spawners list to display the selling price also.
- Added /spawners edit sell price to change the price of selling a mob!
- Added the permission 'guishopspawners.sell' - Required for selling spawners.

Bug Fix:
- Fixed not being able to buy Zombie Pigman spawners.
