• Recoded the entire plugin

• Implemented kits, allowing you to give a guard any item you want with enchantments and metadata! You can even have multiple kits so higher ranked guards get different kits
• Added messages.yml file allowing you to change every message in the plugin
• Added potion effects for guards
• Added per rank permissions (For when the guards are on and off duty)
• Made it so that when going on and off duty it saves your experience and your gamemode
• Cleaned up code
• Prepared for version 3.5

You MUST delete the GuardOverseer folder for this update to work! It will generate new files!
