Initial release. (Compiled with Bukkit 1.7.9-R0.2 and tested to be working on Spigot build 1649 [1.7.10 with 1.8 compatibility])
After a guard dog's target died, it sometimes takes a little longer than supposed to have a new target assigned to the dog (supposed to be 5 seconds, sometimes ends up somewhere around 10).
