• Changed Config file to represent changes for world listings and block percentages
• Added Mycelium growth changes
• Added Worlds list to enable/disable specific worlds (Now checks first whether the world is enabled before calculating anything)
• Added Metrics (To disable metrics, go to plugins/Plugin-Metrics/config.yml and opt-out: true)

• No in game commands for config reloading

WARNING: PLEASE BACKUP YOUR CONFIG! THE CONFIG HAS CHANGED Restart the server without the old config to get a new default config, then change the numbers around and restart again!
