Griswold – NPCs repair your items

• Enchanters! Griswolds can now enchant things.

Now all repairmen with "all" type can enchant things - just like on en enchanting table - fully random!

Only fully repaired item can be enchanted. "Enchant" type guys cannot repair things!

• Now repairmen can change clothes color based on his type.

• New config values and permission keys are on the main page of the plugin. However, it's going to automatically update your config and lang file.

• Fixed some small errors.

• Added an alias for main command - bsmith - for comatibility.

• For now new enchantment system is not quite switch-off'able an is pretty mandatory. Next version gonna fix that, sorry.

• NOT Compatible with future minecraft versions! Await a quick update if this version becomes obsolete.

• German language file needs to be updated manually (I don't speak german, sorry).
