Griswold – NPCs repair your items

Fixed blacksmith space flights. Now blacksmith spawns in 2 blocks along your view direction.

Fixed dumb plugin behavior "I do not work, but I won't tell you why". Now if you do not have permission for something plugin will tell you about that.

You can no longer create blacksmiths with duplicate names. Because they worked until the first reload. Config has only 1 value for 1 name.

Vault is now truly optional. That was the way it should work, but... it didn't.

Language file is autoupdating now. Missing strings will magically appear in your language file.

You can delete blacksmiths now. For real. That was a stupid bug. Sorry.

Added config updater. For now it does nothing, but in later versions it will help a lot.
