Added API if other plugins want to hook in. GS.getAPI() etc.

Corrected some issues with new mob types. Most EntityTypes should work. As long as they are spawn-able. Some still may cause issues, so just avoid setting those :P painting for example seem to cause issues.

Added ability to spawn falling blocks. /gs entitytype falling_block [type] [data]
