- Added command to spawn bosses

     use '/boss <boss name> <location>'    it has a tab completer to help with boss name typing

 

-fixed bug with lightning striking the player holding the thunder axe(and other items)

- necromancer crown will no longer work on bosses

-other minor bug fixes
