A plugin that gathers a list of permission nodes for each plugin installed on the server and outputs the nodes to 2 files.

Updates are no longer downloaded if it has already been downloaded and matches the checksum
Update command now displays output to the running player
Extra plugin-specific permissions now download from the plugin permission "database" when applicable
Updater retries under specific failure conditions (Curse ServerMods API returns empty JSON array or bad HTTP response code)
Plugin thinks it's still v1.1.14
