What's new
- Rewrote almost all item-handling logic.
- Can now buy and sell items that are defined by a sub-value (colored wool, different types of wood etc)
- Fixed an error selling worn items from inventory.
- 0/all now useable in all commands.
- Selling 0/all when selling itemtype held in hand now works as intended.
- Added item specific sellmodifier. (Overrides global sellmodifier for the specific item)
- Updated to craftbukkit v1.1r4
