Implemented MySQL functionality for placed blocks.
 Fixed trap blocks not being persistent
Fixed inadvertently writing announced blocks to the .placed blocks file. This caused not only performance issues, but could easily confuse users into thinking the plugin wasn't working.
 Refactored a ton of code for cleaner and easier maintenance
