+ added support for tokens:

/brc token ServerName [PanRyba.pl]

/brc add $ServerName$ Welcome to the server!

will get the $ServerName$ token replaced with [PanRyba.pl] and the following message will be used for broadcast:

[PanRyba.pl] Welcome to the server!
