*Fixed the player max not working correctly.
*Forgot to initialize a recoded script. The game should be a little less laggy now! I am working on changing the block storage system, so please don't PM me telling me how laggy the game is on your server. Thanks.
+Added a loop which kicks players from the game if they don't move for 10 seconds (idea from Tester lsal)
*Changed "/qs setmax" to "/qs togglemax", which toggles a 10-player-maximum.
