Add fully configurable GUI command
- An alternative option to display the top factions in GUI form.
- New configuration section is available: https://gist.github.com/novucs/124da0ccd6beb97fbd2197d92c9a93c3#file-yml-L126-L177
- To execute, type "/f topgui".
- Switch the command-aliases of both GUI and text versions if you wish to make GUI bound to "/f top".
Add recalculate command
- Forcefully searches the entire server to update faction worth values.
Add version command
- Displays the current version of the plugin.
Fix rank numbers through larger pages
Persistence to the database is now scheduled

- If anybody wishes to make a website front-end for this plugin, it is now very possible!

Newly created databases will now automatically be scheduled for resynchronization.
