- Implemented a default animation for an xp vault which renders for all players within 16 blocks.
- Added a config item "show-particles" which allows the server to turn on/off all particles.
- Added functionality to the lock command. Lock now turns off all animation for an xp vault.
- Added new command to move an xp vault from one location to another without loosing xp.
- Changed the required Java version to 1.6.
