- Fixed bug where even if a user has a the break permission, they were still unable to break other users xp vaults.
- Made the output of balance command and after you add have "xp" after the number.
- Fixed an issue where default config would not copy over.
- Added a new config item use-in-creative, which determines if an xp vault can be interacted with when a user is in creative mode.
- Stopped the FileNotFoundException from dumping onto console when no vault file exists.
