- Actual fix for duplicate client-side UI on Spoutcraft clients appearing between zones and after a plugin reload described in This Ticket
- Cleaned up some typos in the language files
- Fixed the not allowed messages for building, to actually say not allowed to build, rather than destroy.
- Code updates to no longer use deprecated functions for event hookups.
