Version 5.1: Fixed a bug where typing "/restart_warning" would cause the plugin to send you a usage message.

As of current, this plugin has the ability to overwrite some core server commands like /reload, /save-on, /save-all and /stop. If necessary, I will add security checks in my code to prevent this.
