What's pumping in Version 1.11.2?! Glad you asked!
• Compatible and supported for Craftbukkit 1.11.2!
• Made the system more foolproof; can't fill up memory with nonexistent enchantments (same for kit compositions) through the files
• Added failsafes in the files for Kits/KitAliases (won't halt startup if nonexistent entries)
• Fixed Glow problem (would only work on repairable items, now works on all items, with a neat tag, "Glow I" for the enchantment (configurable!!!)
• Fixed potential bug with config.yml (file changes didn't register properly with server)
• Fixed bug with non-endless enchanters, would make the enchantment's level as high as the configurable limit (not the actual level that was input)

• Cried over the keyboard for a few minutes, think it made me type 30% faster due to lubrication

Upcoming/ToDo:
• Per enchantment permissions
• Fix issue where switching config value of glowInLore after reloading will result in permanent data storage on items after putting glow on them
