Claim-owner sets whether to allow Hopper action with Ender Chests through /claimecpull and /claimecpush commands. These will toggle the setting for the current claim. "push" is for inserting into Enderchests; pull is for taking out of ender chests.

Occasional ConcurrentModificationExceptions appear. This is non-fatal.
