Ender Eye Changer

This plugin uses the Minecraft internal server code, so it will only work on the specified minecraft version!

• Added separate waypoints and ender eyes will point to closest one
• Added option of allowing ender eyes in End and Nether worlds, but eyes will act as default if no waypoints are defined in that world.
