Changed And Added

From /Pickaxe <Player> <Integer>

To /PickSilk <Player> <Integer> This Give you custom Silktouch Pickaxe

And /PickFortune <Player> <Integer> This Give you custom Fortune Pickaxe

They Might be some Changes for this in the Future ..

If i change it .. it will be like this /Pickaxe <Silk/Fortune> <Player> <Integer>

Bug Fixes..

I'm going to add limit for the Enchantment levels.

I'm going to remove ability to make negative enchantment level.

I'm going to remove the ability to make an enchantment level 0.
