Enchanted Customs

First Release !!!

The current commands is :

/axe <player> <integer>

/sword <player> <integer>

/armor <player> <integer>

/all <player> <integer>

/pickaxe <player> <integer>

Console can now use the commands

I'm going to add limit for the Enchantment levels.

I'm going to remove ability to make negative enchantment level.

I'm going to remove the ability to make an enchantment level 0.
