EnchantableBlocks

• Workaround for an issue caused by the ChunkLoadEvent being called before chunks finished loading resulting in server crash.

Known issues:

• Due to what appears to be a bug in Spigot, enchanting only works if the object is shift-clicked into the enchanting table.
• Crafting a Blast Furnace or Smoker using an enchanted furnace does not yield an enchanted Blast Furnace or Smoker. I am not sure whether or not I want to address this at all.
• Silk touch functionality does not work properly under most circumstances.
