Fixed the player join bug. (Tested also with CB 1.4.6-R0.1 and everything works as of 7:36 AM PST 12/23/2012.) (Tested also with CB 1.4.7-R1.0 and everything works the same as of 5:55 AM PST 2/2/2013).
If a player changes rank or is deopped while the whitelist is enabled, they have 2 be kicked manually from the server. If the config.yml is edited in a text editor and saved and the server is reloaded, the server will not kick players if it's set to true.
