Elevators v2

NOTE: Make sure to delete your config file whenever you update the plugin. Copy the elevators section out of your old config to keep your saved elevators.

New in this version:

• Plugin now uses setVelocity for movement. You can now move around freely while the elevator is moving! If at any point your player is more than 5 blocks off the elevator platform (due to lag), you will be teleported back to the elevator.
• If any invalid elevators were deleted during config reload, you will be informed in the chat.
• FromPlayer checks Y value of players to prevent them from being picked up by a moving elevator that they is above or below them.
