Elevators v2

NOTE: Make sure to delete your config file whenever you update the plugin. Copy the elevators section out of your old config to keep your saved elevators.

*The Movement Fix Update*

New in this version:

• Creating a new floor below a [nodoor] elevator moves the [nodoor] line to the new lowest sign.
• Players are always teleported if even slightly below the platform (after movement or on right click) to prevent falling through the floor.
• Server less likely to kick survival players because "flying is not enabled" when riding VERY tall elevators.
• You can now Left-click the air if you get stuck in mid-air because you disconnected.
• Traveling down on a tall or fast elevator won't break your flipping legs.
• Other player/entity movement (and stopping) bug fixes.
