Elevators v2

NOTE: Make sure to delete your config file whenever you update the plugin. Copy the elevators section out of your old config to keep your saved elevators.

After a few hours of being fed my own medicine, I discovered that having the elevator cancel all block place events while inside was a bit annoying. So, new solution!

New in this version:

• You can still go to the selected floor while holding an item, however you need to hold shift. If you're not holding an item, you don't need to hold shift, just right-click.
