v0.6:

• Updated to Bukkit 1.5.2 R1.0
• Custom jetpack items (using NBT stuff, no mods or Spout required), can be disabled in configuration
• (Thanks to Skyshayde (https://github.com/Skyshayde) for this) Fixed no damage at all when wearing boots
• Added different control schemes - you can now use space for flying (Again, can be switched to old controls in config)
• Fixed up jetpack detection a bit
• Cleaned up source code (how many times have I done this?)
