Fixed bugs

• Fixed a bug that prevented the plugin's directories from being created
• If there were any other known bugs I propably fixed them

Changes

• Updated default values in the configuration
• Added some command aliases (dyndetails, ipban, pardonip, warn, iplist, pardonrange)
• Added full UUID support for online, offline and legacy servers
• This shouldn't affect usage, but commands with offline users as target execute slower

New features

• All kick & ban messages now have {SENDER} as variable
• /dynplayer now shows the player's current UUID
• Added configurable tempban limit permission nodes (slashes (/) will get replaced by dots (.))
• Added native wildcard permission support (dynamicban.*, dynamiban.ban.*, etc.)

Should work fine with offline mode servers, but it might break when Bukkit changes internal UUID handling (we'll never know unless it happens).
