Changes

• Tempbans and mutes are now showing another message if the time format is invalid (and no broadcast)
• Current ip's are now being cached
• All chat messages are now getting suppressed if muted
• /dynstanding now shows more information about warns (on page 2)
• Ips can now be whitelisted to bypass the connection limit and rangebans
• Ip-ranges can now be whitelisted to bypass rangebans

New features

• Warns now have a configurable timeout
• Warns now have configurable results
• The amount of connections per ip can now be limited
• The join- & leave-message can now be hidden based on the amount of connections per ip

You should not use this version with 1.3.1 - take DynamicBan 1.2.8 instead.
