Allows you to recolor glass and hardened clay in the world as well as scrape off the dye.

- Now respects the player's permissions by testing whether they are allowed to break selected blocks
- Works with WorldGuard and any plugin that checks for and cancels BlockBreakEvent events

- Only English is supported, with no external language configuration file
