Dragon Slayer

This version hasnt been 100% tested regarding loading the configs previous gained dragon slayers. so if it doesnt work let me know.

This will require a config deletion or else remove all # and info related with the # and add slayers: [].

After a dragons been slain it should save the name or names to the config which it should retrieve upon reload. the loadup hasnt been tested fully so if it doesnt work Dont leave a bad revieuw but pm me that it doesnt and ill fix it.

Also a combination of both slayers will be released soon called Bossslayer. giving the ability of 1-2 suffixes(plugin does this itself so no essentials should be required for it to show up).

Prefix may not load up. if so let me know.
