DoOdy Duty

This is a hotfix for the 'creative inventory.yml' config saving issues when DoOdy gets reloaded and/or server restart.

This update will prevent deleted items reloading into the inventory when players go re-enter duty.

Please note: It may be necessary for players to go in and out of duty at least once to overwrite the player's entry in the 'creative inventory.yml' config.
