DisableCommandsPlus

Now uses UUID instead of the players username! DO NOT CHANGE UUID CONFIG!!! AND DO NOT CHANGE USERNAME OF A PLAYER IN CONFIG.YML EVEN IF THEY CHANGED THEIR UUID! Note: If the player still has the commands, look in the UUID.yml file and locate there UUID and look for the name attached to it, that is what this plugin uses to identify the player as (so change name in config.yml is that's the case.) Also added a punishments config file to punish players that do certain commands!!!
