AFK update. Adds built-in AFK detection and manual AFK toggle

Changes in this version:

  • Added built-in AFK detection with configurable inactivity timeout
  • Added AFK color — configurable separately in colors.afk
  • Added /dimensiontracker afk (/dt afk) command for manual AFK toggle
  • Added dimensiontracker.afk permission node (default: true)
