Configuration update. Adds full color customization and a reload command

Changes in this version:

  • Added config.yml with configurable colors per dimension and per world
  • Added HEX (#RRGGBB) and named color support
  • Added custom world support with per-world color overrides
  • Added ability to disable chat or TAB coloring independently
  • Added /dimensiontracker reload (/dt reload) command — reloads config without server restart
