Creates a chest full of loot where a player dies, with fully configurable items and options.

- Choose how many items get put in Death Treasure chests in config.yml
- Choose which items can go into chests by adding item IDs to config.yml
- Choose if chest creations get announced to other players in config.yml
- Tendency to repeat an item multiple times in the same chest
- Never spawns more than 1 if item ID is a block
