Gives all players a set amount of lives they share and kicks and freezes them after lives are gone.
What's new

1.1 - added in game timer so you can track your progress!
1.2 - can buy lives and its configurable and fixed previous errors
1.21 - added events on or off, they are still static, will add custom events to run soon
