Changes 10/20/15

• Fixed rank command sending wrong prefix to admin (i fudged it when i re-wrote the command)
• !!IMPORTANT!! YOU WILL NEED TO SET UP RANK LADDER STRINGS FOR ALL YOUR PERMISSION GROUPS IN PERMISSIONS FILE
• This information is needed so players cannot see or select default ranks and display them using the /titleme command. It also fixes players being able to select the entry level or default ranks as their title from the /titlme command. It fixes players being able to select or see their donation rank using the /titleme command.

• Fixed broadcast tag not loading from config.
• Fixed players able to use colors in town and nation channels
• Fixed colors not working for town formats
• !!IMPORTANT!! CHANGED FORMAT TAGS FOR ALL CHANNELS
• All channel format tags are now encased using curly braces like this {name}
• This allows for users to select and color their own braces that seporate the different tags, see instructions in the config file for examples
• Added {world} tag to channel format options, for optionally displaying the world a player is in when chatting
• Fixed channel formatting, this system seems to be very stable :-) while allowing for it be versatile :-)
• Added command /Customranks reloadconfig - Reloads the plugins config values so you do not need to perform a /reload or /stop :-) *note this plugin is not compatible with server reloading!
• enforced permission nodes to /customranks commands

• Updating the config file is MANDATORY for this version
• Added rank ladder specification to config (this is used to prevent players from selecting default ranks and donation ranks to use with /titleme command will also be used for future add-ons such as. . per world ranks :-)

Known Issues With v.04

• Players that are promoted to a donation rank will need to relog to have their donation rank displayed in chat
• DO NOT reload your server while using this plugin it will spam errors and NOT WORK
• I am working on correcting this but it will depend on how much i will hafto change for me to make it compatible
• Will address more bugs/issues as they arise
