Rewrite commands around central /cm command. More adaptive to permissions and players vs console.
Minor configuration changes, should port automatically, but just in case Backup Your Config.yml
Added /nname as a message variable for nickname, /name is now the player's real name.
Added prefix for people without permission "CustomMessages.noprefix" to differentiate between chat and join / quit messages.
Permissions changed around:
CustomMessages.GlobalJoin is now CustomMessages.globaljoin.
CustomMessages.GlobalQuit is now CustomMessages.globalquit.
CustomMessages.joino is now CustomMessages.join.other.
CustomMessages.quito is now CustomMessages.quit.other.
Added CustomMessages.noprefix to add a config specified prefix to the messages.
Added much requested /cm reload command.
Added a /cm variables to show the usable options in messages, comment suggestions to add to this.
Some changes that i possibly forgot about.
