Honestly, I don't know why I didn't upload this version sooner. I think I may have just forget. Hopefully it isn't incomplete!

This version should fix the /dual command such that it works properly. Keep in mind that this might be a little rough, as it's bee a few months since I touched this codebase.

I also reworked the way commands are handled by the plugin. I took this time to rethink the layout of the /pvp command, so it's a lot more straight forward now. Permissions also were changed as a result.
