Moar changes!

Fixed false errors when loading files.

Added a config file.

Added 2 commands.

- cwreload -> Reloads the plugin.

- cweditconfig -> allows for the config to be edited in-game. (Its easier to use the actual file, Trust me :). )

Soon to be added:

Kicking players who have passed the points required.

More config options.
