- Looting now increases custom drop chances

- Armor stands no longer trigger kill rewards (I have no idea why 1.13 flags them as "Alive")
- Added reward conditions, so you can define your own mobs, including babies and specific players!

- Reward conditions also added permissions, so specific player groups can get access to more reward groups

- Added "@victim" tag for player skulls, so now players can drop their own skull!
