Cookbook

• Fix for data values over 255
• Add support for crafting enchanted items
• Three new "fix" options; see the configuration section on the main page for details
• Config generates as the values are accessed
• Fixed a null pointer exception that could occur if you had an irregularly-shaped recipe

Crafting enchanted results currently does not work due to a Bukkit bug. Smelting them works fine.
