+ Command /ci changed to /cli

+ Command /cli has new mandatory argument 'amount'. /Cli <player> <item> <amount> <name> [description]

+ Added new command /CliMe <amount> <name> [description]. This command give you a item which change name of your chosen item

+ Added permission support

+ Added permissions: cli.* , cli.cli , cli.clime

+ Added Settings.yml file - file, where you can Enable and Disable plugin and permission support

+ Now you can make command /Cli and /CliMe free or make it price by ExpLvl in the config.yml file P.S. In creative you anyway take it free
