ColoredGroups Release v1.4

• Added import command (and config value)! If you want to import the groups (and colors from your perms plugin if applicable) into ColoredGroups and you have Vault, then use /cg import (or set import to true in config and restart) to have them auto imported!
• Improved config update method, now successfully adds missing config values.
• Changed backups to not use date as it's an eyesore, it just uses a random number to distinguish now.
• New command: /cg import - Requires 'coloredgroups.import'
• Just a side note, the permissions for coloredgroups are easy, 'coloredgroups.<command>'
• Other small changes
