0 == survival
1 == creative
2 == adventure
3 == spectator
two main commands
/cgm <mode>
/cgm <mode> <player>
permission
cmdplus.gamemode.survival.self | can give (self) survival mode
cmdplus.gamemode.survival.other | can give target (others) survival mode
cmdplus.gamemode.survival.* | can use all both of this this is actually not necessary if you have .other
cmdplus.gamemode.creative.self | can give (self) creative mode
cmdplus.gamemode.creative.other | can give target (others) creative mode
cmdplus.gamemode.creative.* | can use all both of this this is actually not necessary if you have .other

cmdplus.gamemode.adventure.other | can give target (others) adventure mode
cmdplus.gamemode.adventure.* | can use all both of this this is actually not necessary if you have .other
cmdplus.gamemode.spectator.self | can give (self) spectator mode
cmdplus.gamemode.spectator.other | can give target (others) spectator mode
cmdplus.gamemode.spectator.* | can use all both of this this is actually not necessary if you have .other
