• Added protection of players from PVP combat within WorldGuard and GriefPrevention safezones
• Added continued guaranteed PVP protection of players for a configurable length of time after they leave a safezone
• Added continued guaranteed PVP vulnerability of players for a configurable length of time after they enter PVP
• Added restriction on teleportation for players who are in PVP combat
• Added ability to force player teleportation with /forcetp [playername]
• Added per-player enabling and disabling of PVP combat
• Added ability to view whether you or another player can PVP with /canpvp [playername]

While this plugin has been operating perfectly on a medium-sized server for a while now, this is the first time it has been deployed outside of this server. There may be glitches that have yet to be ironed out, hence the beta status.
