v1.3.2 Fixed permission nodes, also added changehorse.*, changehorse.set.*, and changehorse.get.* (changehorse.get.* is default for players) Fixed bug that prevented players from changing the style of a horse

v1.3.1 Changed shortcut from /ch to /chs Added set and get arguments to the main command. Now able to set Max Health and Jump Strength.
